Pacific Highlands Ranch has a lot going on in planned growth. Developer, Taylor Morrison has purchased home lots in the new sections called The Ivy and The Elms. It plans to build about 146 single family homes on about 26 acres of vacant land. These new Pacific Highlands Ranch neighborhoods appear right off Carmel Valley Road, just east of the Village at Pacific Highlands Ranch and west of the Costa Del Sol neighborhood.

A few public roads through the neighborhoods will connect to the Village at Pacific Highlands Ranch and other immediate neighborhoods in that direction. The new Pacific Highlands Ranch neighborhoods, The Ivy and The Elms will stand alone on the east side, with no connection through them to Costa Del Sol, a separate neighborhood designated for private streets only. With that in mind, land that could otherwise be used for a through street there will likely be utilized for a delightful pocket park.
This array of neighborhoods and homes in Pacific Highlands Ranch signifies the most options in new home construction available in Carmel Valley real estate.
